The Soucy Group is actively involved in the community and supports causes related to health, education and community life. Making a difference in the lives of our community members is a priority and an enormous source of pride.

Fondation Sainte-Croix/Heriot

In 2006, Soucy Group employees unanimously decided to support the Fondation Sainte-Croix / Heriot. This is an unprecedented innovative partnership. The Fondation's mission is to raise money to be invested in the best interest of people in the area, in order to sustain and support the level of excellence of the CSSS Drummond [Drummond health and social services centre].

Since then, Soucy Group employees have been the architects of major philanthropic work. Thanks to their involvement, a series of fundraising campaigns to purchase equipment for the local hospital were initiated.

In 2006, the Soucy Group became the first link in a chain of Drummondville employers promoting academic success in the region. As an employer, we can have a positive impact on youth. Youth often need clear models and a concrete source of inspiration. We are committed to adopting best practices in terms of support for academic success.

Many activities are run to enable youth to experience the labour market and discover different areas of study. For example, we organize visits to our companies, collaborate in study projects and take on interns, and some of our employees give presentations to students about their education and the careers they have today.
