What’s the procedure for registering my track system?
To register your track system, email the Unit Registration Form to email@example.com.
You will also find a copy of this document on the last page of your Soucy User Guide.
Registration of your track system is required to activate your warranty. It also provides the information our team needs to provide you with prompt support.
Is my track system covered by a warranty?
All new Soucy track systems sold by an authorized dealer are covered by a warranty. Details of your model’s warranty are available on our website. Click here to view them. You will also find this information in your Soucy User Guide.
What’s the life span of my track system?
Your track system has been designed and produced according to the highest standards in the industry. It either meets or exceeds the maximum load and use capacities of your tractor or original equipment.
In addition, the life span of your system depends on the type of use, maintenance and compliance with best practices for this type of equipment. Please consult your Soucy User Guide to learn more about your track system.
Can I get an additional copy of the User Guide?

For track systems produced before 2013, please contact our team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, indicate the model of your tractor and the serial numbers of your front and rear undercarriages. You will then receive the exploded views, including all the corresponding parts.
Where should I have my track system serviced?
The maintenance of your Soucy track system should be carried out by authorized dealers. They have the expertise to get the job done and they have access to technical information about your product. They can also count on Soucy’s help desk. To find an authorized dealer, click here.
Do you have a technical support service?
We recommend that you contact your authorized Soucy dealer. If you don’t have an authorized Soucy dealer, our technical service team will be happy to answer your questions. Before contacting them, make sure you have the serial numbers of your two front and two rear undercarriages and your tractor model on hand. Contact our team by email at email@example.com.
Can I buy a track system and parts from Soucy directly?
To order a complete track system or spare parts, you need to contact the authorized Soucy dealer in your region directly. To find an authorized dealer, click here.
In some cases, depending on your needs, certain parts can be delivered to the address of your choice.
How can I get help with my Soucy track system?
We recommend that you contact your authorized Soucy dealer directly. You can also contact our team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive assistance, you’ll need to provide your tractor model, the product name of your Soucy track system (for example S-TECH 1000X), the undercarriage or rubber track serial numbers and the date of purchase.
